Happy Fall Y'all!
Today we are kicking off our weekend with a Fall Bucket List. While the temps have remained high down here in South Louisiana, we know that fall weather is just around the corner. We are thrilled to tag along with our blogging buddy, Leslie, to share some of the fun activities we have planned.
Here we go!

(known for Home Town on HGTV)
Satsuma Picking
(and eating)
Plan a trip to TX
(BBQ & visit family)
Decorate for Fall
(Anne)
Hunting and Fishing
(Troy)
Attend our Fall Festival
Go to the movies
Visit Covington, LA
(Food & music)
I will be showing this to PC so he can join Troy is adding a few things to our bucket list. Great activities you've planned there. My Prince has already added 'go to see a good movie' to our list but the word good might make it tough to fulfill this one! There are very few good movies and so many terrible ones.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the mention! Can't wait to follow along on your progress.
Let me know which movie you see. We love to go to the movies! I am also curious to know what all will make your list this fall.
DeleteThat's a busy list but it looks very fun! What is Satsuma? Wondering if it's something I would want to eat. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Kay, a satsuma is a sweet orange that you peel with your hands, similar to a Cutie. Trust me, you would want to eat them. HA HA!
DeleteIt sounds like a fun fall! I've never heard of satsuma. I'm off to Google it now. :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Christie, I wish you could try a satsuma because they are sooo good! Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteNow I'm curious about trying a satsuma! I do love easy peel oranges.
ReplyDeleteHope you can find some in your area, or next time you're in Louisiana! :)
DeleteLots of movies I hope to see this Fall, and I love a good festival.

Yes! I saw Downton Abbey last week and hope to see Judy with my daughter when it releases. There were several good movies in the previews, too. Anne
DeleteSounds like you have a lot of outings planned- looks like fun! And satsuma sounds delish (though I had to look up what it was!). Decorating and attending a festival are on my list as well. Good luck accomplishing these goals!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful fall season. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteYour table looks perfect for autumn, love the checked runner. My hubby used to duck hunt, now he sticks to deer hunting. Happy Fall!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Pam. Yes, my hubby loves it, too. Happy Fall and thanks for stopping by.
DeleteOh I love the "picking satsumas" idea. I am from Louisiana and have moved away, but my family somehow always manages to buy, ship, save satsumas for me. They are my favorite and there is nothing really out there that is just like them. I love love LOVE them! We are workinng in Texas, upper Gulf Coast, so I am hoping to run across some soon!
ReplyDeleteHi Sylvia, we do our fair share of shipping satsumas to our extended family who do not live here anymore. There really is no comparison! Hope you are able to find some in Texas.
