Game Day Spicy Grilled Chicken Wings

Football season is here...GEAUX TIGERS!! We wanted to share our grilled chicken wing recipe for game day. You can make it as spicy as you want. Of course, we like ours spicy!

Game Day Spicy Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

DaT Sauce
Franks Hot Sauce
Worchestershire Sauce
Buttermilk
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Tony Chachere's
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Whole Chicken Wings

Use your own judgement for seasonings, but mix all of these ingredients in a pan and marinate your chicken wings a minimum of 4-6 hours in the refrigerator...overnight is even better! Take the wings out of your refrigerator when you fire up your pit.  Grill the wings on direct low heat until they reach an internal temp of 165°F. Baste with DaT Sauce for some extra kick. Be sure to tend to them, and flip to avoid burning.Serve with carrots, celery and blue cheese dressing.

    1. Hi Leslie,
I only started eating wings after I met Troy but love these! I also like the spicy wings at Popeye's if you have one in your area. Enjoy your weekend!
